WITNESS Messiah is a Maranatha original production. It is about the life of Christ as well as stories of martyrs and others who have sacrificed because of their faith in the one who is called the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
WITNESS Messiah is truly unlike anything you've ever seen in the world of passion plays. We have an intense desire to communicate the gospel in a way that will have a profound effect on all who come to see the production.
The cast of WITNESS Messiah is proudly made up of many men and women who have never done anything like this before. They are seeing the amazing things God can do through them on stage and behind the scenes.
Jesus is portrayed by Maranatha's youth pastor, Bill Headley. Look for Pastor Bill again this year as he continues, along with the rest of the cast and crew, to faithfully tell this true and amazing story.
