Chase the Delight, Not the Dream with Pastor Ben Romportl:
Pastor Ben asked two key questions: Are you delighting in Jesus? and Do you long to be in His presence? We are created to delight, and what we delight in shapes our identity and desires (Ecclesiastes 3:11, Matthew 6:21). Misplaced delight leads to fragile identity, but delighting in God brings stability and purpose (Psalm 1:2-3). True delight in Jesus transforms what we want (Psalm 37:4), reminding us that God is our Father, not our servant (Isaiah 55:8-9). Donāt chase the dreamāchase the delight found only in Him.
