Calling Down Fire - Today, we are encouraged from the book of Luke. In Luke 9:51–56, a Samaritan village rejected Jesus. Even though Jews and Samaritans had a long history of conflict, Jesus did not respond with revenge. He showed His disciples that His way is mercy, patience, and love. When people reject us or treat us unfairly, we are still called to love them anyway.

Blessing of the Bikes with Pastor Bill Headley -Pastor Bill encourages us to know the heart of God and to pay attention when He speaks to us. He reminded us that God’s heart is full of compassion, mercy, and love for the lost and the wandering. When we sense God speaking, we should not ignore Him but respond through prayer and honest conversation. Like the father in the story of the prodigal son, God is ready to welcome us, restore us, and draw us closer to Himself. 

The Good Samaritan with Pastor Robin: Pastor Robin opens by exploring Matthew 16:13–17, where Jesus asks His disciples, “Who do you say I am?” She challenges us to reflect on that same question. From there, she unpacks the Parable of the Good Samaritan, showing how understanding the cultural context reveals deeper meaning. 

To Know and Introduce Him Part XII with Pastor Mike: 

This week, Pastor Mike reminded us that the core of our faith is simple but challenging: love God and love people. Loving God means giving Him our whole heart, mind, and life—not part-time devotion (Mark 12:28–30; Matthew 10:37–39). He asks, “Do you love Me?” Loving people means showing compassion in action. The Good Samaritan (Luke 10) shows us how—by opening our eyes, hearts, hands, schedules, and wallets to those in need. Real love, as taught in Isaiah 1 and 1 Corinthians 13, is just and selfless. Jesus calls us to love as He did (John 13:34–35). Let’s live it out this week.

Make Room For The King with Pastor Mike: Pastor Mike emphasizes that Jesus was born in a barn intentionally, highlighting that He comes into the messiest parts of our lives, signifying no situation is too messy for His presence. We are all like barns, and God is willing to meet us in our most imperfect states.
