Stir Up the Gifts in You with Pastor Mike: â€œStir up” means to rekindle, fan into flame, and awaken what’s grown quiet, and in Christ we don’t force people but teach, exhort, and live the message so the spark catches, returning again and again to Scripture’s holy repetition as Paul modeled, knowing God supplies the fire but puts the bellows in our hands—so today we choose to reopen the Word, encourage others, and embody the gospel in action.

A Very Bad Day; Why? Part III with Pastor Mike: Life is hard and often filled with disappointments. In John 6, many wrestled with Jesus’ words, asking, “Who can understand it?” Scripture reminds us that we see only in part, His thoughts are higher than ours, and our time here is short. In those moments, it’s easy to get trapped in worldly thinking or shaky theology, but Jesus calls us to look higher. Whether in the mountaintops or the valleys, the answer is the same: run to God. He is our refuge, our anchor, and our eternal prize.

A Very Bad Day - Part II with Pastor Mike: Even when we don’t fully understand, faith calls us to trust His sovereignty and cling to Him. Pastor Mike unpacks John 6. Jesus said something hard: “Eat my body, drink my blood.” Many people didn’t understand and walked away. Different churches explain this differently, but the main point is clear—Jesus was teaching about faith in Him. The Bible says we only see part of the picture right now, and God’s thoughts are higher than ours. Life is short, and disappointments come, but God is still in control.

A Very Bad Day: Why? with Pastor Mike: Bad days raise two questions: “Did God do this?” and “Why did He allow it?” Both come from shaky theology—God isn’t the author of every tragedy, and His promises are general and ultimately eternal, not guarantees of ease now. Scripture shows an open world where God reigns and intervenes, yet events can come from five sources: God, the devil, our choices, evil people, and life in a broken world. Our response: reject fatalism, seek refuge in the Most High, and trust Him amid mystery.

Real Boldness with Pastor Mike: Pastor Mike shows us that even under arrest, the apostles chose proclamation over protecting their image. Our calling is to proclaim Christ—holiness follows, not perform spirituality. Boldness isn’t rudeness; it’s confident, clear, convicted, persuasive, and obedient to God—available to everyone who’s been with Jesus.
